Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Conversation With His Turkish and Israeli Guests on A9 TV (January 20th, 2013)

Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Conversation on A9 TV dated January 20th, 2013

OKTAR BABUNA: Have a nice day, our dear viewers. We are here today with our highly esteemed guests from Israel and from Turkey. Sitting in the first chair we have our former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Yaşar Yakış. Welcome Sir. Right next to him we have Prof. Dr. Shimon Shetreet. He is one of the former ministers of Israel. He also is a Professor, a Professor of law, constitutional law. Right next to him we have Rabbi Nissim Zeev. Rabbi Nissim Zeev is one of the founding members of the Shas Party. He has been serving as a member of the Parliament for four terms, and he is at the same time Chairman of the Lobby for Israel and Global Ethics and Chairman of the Committee for Internal Affairs and Education in the Knesset. As for Prof. Dr. Shimon Shetreet; he served as a cabinet Minister for three terms where he served as Minister of Economy and Planning, Minister of Science and Technology, and Minister of Religious Affairs. Professor Shimon Shetreet is also a Professor of Law at the Hebrew University. He is also the President of the Israeli Chapter of the International Association of Constitutional Law. In addition, he served as the President of the Religion for Peace Organization International in Israel. Right next to him [Rabbi Zeev], we have Rabbi Tsvi Jacobson. He is the Secretary of the Shas Party and one of the most influential figures in Israeli domestic politics, insha'Allah. And our former Minister of Health Mr. Halil Şıvgın is also here as our guest. He is a founding member of ANAP (The Motherland Party). He was a Member of Parliament as deputy from the city of Ankara for three terms in the Turkish Parliament. He served as the Minister of Health. And sitting at this end of the table, we have a former deputy of the AK Party, Mr. Mücahit Daloğlu. He was a Member of the Parliament for Erzurum in the 22nd term of the Parliament. He is also a teacher and a writer. Please go on Master, insha'Allah.

ADNAN OKTAR: Well, we are welcoming all our guests here. Welcome, you've brought us honor and pride. Israel and Turkey have always had a longstanding friendship, ever since the time of the Ottomans. They have always loved each other and always protected and watched over for each other. That is how it is in the Torah, and that is how it is in the Qur'an. This has always been like this and will always be like this. From time to time, we might have some slight breezes, but there will never be a fall out in the basis of our friendship. Very beautiful, very nice, very pleasant days are very imminent, insha'Allah.

Look at what is said in the Torah, in the Proverbs [14:21] "Whoever despises his neighbor is a sinner, but blessed is he who is generous to the poor." In Psalms [22:24] "For he has not despised or abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, and he has not hidden his face from him, but has heard, when he cried to him." "Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy." Proverbs [31:9]. "Give justice to the weak and the fatherless; maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked." Psalms [82:3-4] "You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge.. but you shall love your neighbor as yourself.. " Leviticus [19:18] ".. and you shall not stand up against the life of your neighbor: I am the Lord." Leviticus 19:16 "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor." Exodus 20:16. Wherever we look, we see peace; wherever we look we see love. That is the same in the Torah and in the Qur'an. That is why no one should feel the tension and uneasiness of such things. Israel and Turkey will forge an alliance as strong as steel and bring peace, love and tranquility to the region and put an end to terror and anarchy. As a matter of fact, we believe that Russia will be within this union as well. A great Unity of Islam will be formed. Everyone will be independent; every state will be independent, both in their domestic affairs and in their international affairs. Yet there will be a complete alliance in regard to love, in regard to affection, friendship and brotherhood. We will see the sons of the Prophet Israel, the sons of the Prophet Jacob in Jordan and in Egypt; we will see them everywhere. We will see that they will be living freely everywhere in the world and also in that region. That is because the wars will come to an end. The conflicts will come to an end, passport requirements will be lifted, visa requirements will be lifted. Unnecessary tensions would weaken us. Friendship and love would strengthen us. Allah wants love from us and we will, insha'Allah, abide by this command of Allah.

Now, if my esteemed Minister could take the floor, he would honor us.

Mr. YAŞAR YAKIŞ: Now if you like, we can resume the conversation right from where you left the word. As I have said while we were talking with our friends here a few moments ago when Sultan Suleyman the Magnificent had the wall built around Jerusalem, he had the following inscription engraved on a stone on one of the entrance gates; "La ilaha illa Allah, Ibrahim habibullah."

ADNAN OKTAR: Masha'Allah. Masha'Allah.

YAŞAR YAKIŞ: I mean, instead of "La ilaha illa Allah, Muhammad ar-Rasul Allah (There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the messenger of God)," seeing that Jerusalem is the center of all religions and they all come from the religion of the Prophet Abraham, he used a statement that embraces all three religions that we know to be the Abrahamic religions, divine religions equally by saying "La ilaha illa Allah, İbrahim Habibullah (There is no god but Allah, Abraham is beloved of Allah)", by saying Abraham is a very much loved servant of Allah. Consequently, I believe that this short statement expresses the approach that should prevail in the future, both in respect of the status of Jerusalem, and of other places within the region. Actually that is a single sentence right? La ilaha illa Allah. Maybe we are leading towards that direction. As you have said the relations between Turkey and Israel go far back. There might be some ups and downs just like in any other relationship. I believe that Turkey and Israel will sooner or later overcome these hardships of our day. There is a sympathy between these two nations. Yet the political realities at this moment, I mean the parameters of political developments neither in Israel, nor in Turkey, are suited to take a step in this respect. For that reason during the debate we've had this morning, instead of being stuck on what happened, how it happened in the past, we've concentrated on whether or not such opportunities might come up in the future and how we could make use of these opportunities and we've established such a framework. If we could get into the details a little later, then we can speak about what that framework could consist of. That is what I wanted to say as an introduction for now.

ADNAN OKTAR: Masha'Allah. We thank you my Minister. That was very nice, masha'Allah. Please, you go on my professor, let us listen to you.

Prof. Dr. SHIMON SHETREET: I was very impressed by your quotation from the Bible about love, about peace, about unity. And I think the vision of the prophets in the Bible should be the basis of the dream that you've just described. The dream of creating a better world for us, a better world for our children and particularly a better world and better relations for our two great ancient nations; the Turkish nation and the nation of Israel. And I agree and I share the view of my good colleague that led the discussion today of our dialogue; that we should look to the future. There were negative events, but we should not deal with them too much, we should look to the future and we should see the challenges as opportunities for creating better relations, a better infrastructure for cooperation. And I think what you are doing in emphasizing peace and love and cooperation and unity and positive, not negative things, and helping the other gives us hope and without hope it is not possible to live. With hope there is a great chance for us to build the good world that we need. And we discussed today at length three points that we have to express, and we hope that these points will be dealt with in the proper way. One is that our two governments, the Turkish government and the Israeli government should try to take advantage of the challenges that are emerging in the region which is in Syria and other aspects. Secondly the matter of the exploitation of the gas deposits in the Mediterranean region should be done by the two governments without any unnecessary friction or straining of relations. And the third is that the two governments should find the right language and the right way to end the negative event of the Marmara [incident] and I think there is readiness on both sides and they should settle this matter in a language and in a way that would be agreeable and accepted by both governments, and I think we as a group that conducted this good dialogue, we should have our small contribution, like Rabbi Zeev said, we put a few bottles of positive water in the ocean of good will. We should put our small bottles of good will into the ocean of goodwill. And this perhaps will encourage a discourse in Turkish society and in Israeli society and in the government so that we will live as you said, in a good world of hope and good world of love.

Mr. YAŞAR YAKIŞ: Actually the discourse is already there both in Israeli society and in Turkish society. There are people and several channels of communication already existing. What we should be doing is to perhaps widen this, to spread it to new areas so that other people join it. And this will affect the political parameters which prevent, at present, any further steps from being taken. Otherwise the initiatives and the seeds of good will already exist in both societies.

Prof. Dr. SHIMON SHETREET: I am glad to hear that.

Mr. ADNAN OKTAR: Masha'Allah. That is very nice. Please, you go on..

RABBI NISSIM ZEEV: First I would like to thank you. You are working very hard for the relationship between Israel and the Turkish nation. And this is the second time I am here, I really thank you. When I came back to Israel a few months ago in August, I asked my Arab friends, "Do you know who is Mr. Oktar? Do you know him?" They said, "Oktar? Of course, we love him, we love him so much!" How you know Oktar? "We are hearing and listening to his speeches, every week and the time, they know exactly the time when we're speaking, they like you.” I said, "So why, what is special in his speech?" He says, "He is humble, he is very nice. He is talking to everyone and we could hear him. He is coming into our hearts.” And really I want to thank you because it is very important the way you talk about the peace between Arabs and Jewish people. And we have the same fathers; Abraham, Isaac, Jacob. And to bring this way to everybody that we have to live together and to feel like neighbors. Israel and Palestine. We, the Israeli nation.. they are circling us, Jordan, Syria, even Iran; we were talking last time about Iran. You told us a very simple sentence. He said, "It would be very dangerous for Israel to attack Iran, we have to talk with them, we have to find the way how to speak to them." And you are right. We see that we have to talk to these people. Your way is the correct way. Now a few words in Hebrew maybe. I want to talk because the translation you know already what I want to say. Maybe I will start with English. Turkish President Gul, in a recent interview said that Turkey should carry out "virtuous power". This means that it is "a power that gives priority to the safeguarding of human rights and interests of all the human beings." Now in Hebrew. If Turkey becomes a virtuous power, this would make Turkey an admirable role model. Turkey's goal as a "virtuous power" could start with peace process in the Middle East. I suggest that Turkey could take the lead in helping to achieve peace in the Middle East by assuring the human rights of all the people in the Middle East. Historically and legally, the Jews have historic rights as indigenous people from Biblical times –thousands of years before the arrival of Moslem people to the region. This can not be denied. In fact the first Jewish prophet, Abraham went to the Land of Israel from Harran in Turkey by the decree of the Almighty and this fact is also recognized by the Turkish people. The rights of the Jews as indigenous to these regions are protected by the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People. I am appealing to the Turkish people and the government of Turkey to adopt President Gul's idea of "virtuous power" and to return to the historic friendship and alliance between the Jewish people and the people of Turkey which begins in Harran with the Prophet Abraham and to help us bring peace in the Middle East which will be a model for the whole world. Thank you.

ADNAN OKTAR: We thank you as well. Masha'Allah. Masha'Allah. Please, you go on.

RABBI TSVI JACOBSON: I am talking Hebrew for fifteen seconds, and Professor Shetreet will help me to say in English. [Talking in Hebrew]

Prof. Dr. SHIMON SHETREET: [Translating] I don't want to make a speech. One short sentence. In the world that there is so much cruelty and evil that is absolutely unnecessary, but people like yourself, Mr. Oktar, give us hope that the world perhaps can be at least a little bit better than it is today.

Mr. ADNAN OKTAR: Masha'Allah. Masha'Allah.

Prof. Dr. SHIMON SHETREET: And thank you very much.

Mr. ADNAN OKTAR: And I thank you. This century is the century of deliverance. There is no other time anyway. We have entered the time that has been heralded in the Torah. In the Qur'an, in the 55th verse of the Surat An-Nur, Almighty Allah says that the whole world will be saved. And in the Torah, when we look at it, we see that it is stated at length that we've entered the time of the Maschiah. For that reason our hearts should be completely at ease. These developments, these portents, are both the portents of the appearance of the Mashiach and the portents of love and peace prevailing in the world. A relief, a feeling of ease has started in Turkey as well, if you noticed. The Syrian people will be freed from that violence and oppression as well. Iran will be freed from oppression and violence as well. Democracy and liberty will come to everywhere. Science and arts will prevail everywhere. After a while we will do away with the weapons as well, there will be no weapons, there will be no wars. We will go to Jerusalem to have dinner and we will go have our dinner in Tehran the next night, the next day we will go to Algeria and have discourses in Casablanca during dinner. Allah has given the whole world to us insha'Allah. We will all together see those beautiful days by the will of Allah. Almighty Allah has given a glad tiding to the children of the Prophet Jacob (pbuh), to the children of the Prophet Abraham (pbuh) in the Qur'an. We all are the children of the Prophet Abraham (pbuh), we all are. We all are the children of the Prophet Jacob (pbuh), we all are the children of the Prophet Ishmael (pbuh), we all are the children of the Prophet Noah (pbuh). And first and foremost we all are the children of the Prophet Adam (pbuh), insha'Allah. For that reason we all are brothers. Satan might have instigated people to fight and dissension. We will never accept that and we will not be deceived by the plot of the satan. Satan will be defeated. The party of Allah will be victorious. Those who love Allah will be victorious. This is that era, insha'Allah. Master Mucahit, you go on please.

Mr. MÜCAHİT DALOĞLU: Astagfirullah [I seek forgiveness from Allah].

Mr. ADNAN OKTAR: My esteemed deputy, you go on please.

Mr. MÜCAHİT DALOĞLU: Astağfirullah. I respectfully greet our guest delegation and our friends here. And I am presenting my heartfelt thanks to my Master Adnan for keeping the channels of peace and friendship open and for striving on this path. 1,500 years of culture, of the Qur'anic culture, 4,000 years culture of the Torah are giving us great and glad tidings to us as my Master has just stated. In this way we need to sanctify peace with these examples and with these leaders and follow this path. I would like to give an example to this. When our Master Prophet Mohammad (saas) immigrated from Mecca to Medina, the Jewish community there welcomed him with appreciation and honor. And they showed interest to those who came along with him and showed them their hospitality. Our Prophet (saas) has tied the Muslims and the Jews living there with the law of brotherhood - as our Master, Professor of Constitutional Law we have here would state- saying, "You all are brothers, you all are citizens." [They were tied by] the law of citizenship. He defined that their honor, their lives and their properties were protected and that any kind of wrongdoing would be religiously forbidden within the terminology of law. In brief, I am saying that as the successors of such a civilization -thanks be to Allah, Alhamdulillah- within this wealthy culture failing to overcome small problems I assume should be regarded either as our incompetence or our shortcomings. Let me state this much without outstretching the matter. I thank you all. Insha'Allah, these two divine orders, these two divine Books, all of our Prophets and leaders, the Prophet Abraham, the Prophet Isaac, the Prophet Jacob, the Prophet Mohammed Mustafa (saas) are our greatest leaders and guides. And I think that it will be very easy for us to solve these problems in this path that they have opened.

ADNAN OKTAR: Insha'Allah.

Mr. MÜCAHİT DALOĞLU: And I am extending my love and respect.

ADNAN OKTAR: Masha'Allah. My minister. My minister Mr. Halil Şıvgın, please you go on, Master we are listening to you.

Mr. HALİL ŞIVGIN: First and foremost, I would like to extend my thanks to you, to our friends here and especially to our former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Yaşar Yakış. There is a crisis in between Turkey and Israel which started with the Mavi Marmara crisis. A beautiful contact has been established to see whether or not it would be possible to do something for the solution of this crisis. I believe that if these relations between Turkey and Israel could be smoothed or at least could be changed back into what it was before, it would be a great contribution for the relations between Turkey and Israel and for peace in the region. That is for one. And secondly, of course the authorities from both parties are in contact to solve this crisis. Studies are carried out in more than one channel. Yet unfortunately up until now, nothing has been attained in respect to the solution of this crisis. We hope that this crisis will be overcome henceforward, that we could come to a point to overcome the crisis. Furthermore studies should be carried out to prevent the occurrence of new crises while we already have one at hand. No new troubles should be stirred up. Thirdly the solution of such a crisis is important for us in respect of attaining peace in the region. We are saddened by the things going on in Syria, we are saddened by the things going on in Iraq. Our people, our community is quite sensitive about the solution to the troubles occurring in the region. We are saddened by the incidents in Palestine. And we are saddened by the violations of human rights, whichever part of this world they take place in. Of course our nation has always made contribution to all kinds of possible collaborations for the enhancement of human rights worldwide. A few moments back, our dear Minister used such beautiful words and reminded us about the way Suleyman the Magnificent acted about Jerusalem. We are, of course, a Muslim community and one of the most important characteristics of a Muslim community is that it gives particular importance to Islamic values. But in Jerusalem, while giving particular importance to Islamic values, he refers to the Prophet Abraham (pbuh). The Prophet Abraham (pbuh) is the forefather of our Prophet (saas). Consequently, he is the forefather of Jews and also of Turks in the same manner. He is the forefather of all of us in that respect. People will be restful to the extent of peace that could be attained. See that a great number of refugees came to Turkey because of the incidents taking place in Syria at the moment. They are in a wretched situation, what a pity for these people. They have gone to Jordan in the same manner. Many people are in discomfort in Iraq, their problems have still not been solved. There are many discomforts in Palestine and in Israel. Now comforting all these people and bringing solutions would of course bring about peace. We hope that with the contribution of our friends coming from Israel, of our esteemed former minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Yasar and of you -you are carrying out very important studies in this respect- this process of peace will be started. If all the people in the region start living in peace and tranquility, no one would be bothered by that. We trust that it should not bother anyone. Consequently, I think that such efforts, such studies conducted to attain peace should be supported and I once more thank you for this effort. Thank you all.

ADNAN OKTAR: And we thank you my esteemed Minister. Masha'Allah, our minister has such a youthful appearance, but I see that our former Minister of Foreign Affairs here particularly has such a youthful and vivid appearance, masha'Allah. He is really very active. He is constantly active in our homeland and abroad as well, masha'Allah. His opinions are very nice, his comments are very to the point, his speech is very nice. We think that it would be very good if our former Minister is assigned as the Minister of Foreign Affairs once more. Insha'Allah, may Allah grant him even more beautiful posts. He is such a nice, such an exemplary person with his politeness, his kindness and his dignity. Masha'Allah. Our master Halil Şıvgın and our Master Mücahit have made very nice speeches as well. Our dear guests here have all made very sincere and candid speeches. Actually, the children of the Prophet Abraham (pbuh) has come to our house as guests, how nice this is. We are rejoicing about that. Your hearts should be at utmost ease. All these problems between Turkey and Israel will calm down, all of them would be solved. All of them are transient, I mean in a very short period of time these will all be solved. Turkey and Israel will make the whole region become more devout, more prosperous and they will strive to attain widespread democracy, human rights, compassion, love and affections. We will turn the region into a more beautiful place than Europe, insha'Allah. There won't be any wars or dissension. We will do away with those walls in Israel, you know those stone walls. You will be very comfortable, insha'Allah. We will see you in Jordan, in Turkey, all around, insha'Allah. Israel will always be there. There is a verse in the Qur'an. It is the command of Almighty Allah. You will be there, that is the abode of your ancestors. You know, those people who say "You should go and leave!" they are being disrespectful. Do not mind them at all. We love you and we want to see you in that region. All through that 4,000 years of history you were there, you were there in the time of the Prophet Abraham (pbuh), you were there after that. That is the land Allah deemed suitable for you. Almighty Allah wants you to live there. We will live altogether in unity and in joy. We will have our dinner in Jordan in the places the Prophet Moses (pbuh) ate. We will go to Egypt and have our meals in the places where the Prophet Moses (pbuh) had his discourses. These fights are all artificial, they are all completely invalid. It appears as though it is a brief success of the satan, but satan has now been defeated in the world. Satan is defeated. The students of the Mashiach, the Mahdi (pbuh) are prevailing in the world at this moment, insha'Allah. Your hearts should be completely at ease. It might appear to be somewhat complex, but you will see that everything will become plain and simple. This clarification and relief in Turkey will spread to the whole region. Things will calm down in Syria as well. I mean there will be a betterment in Syria as well, the Syrian problem will be solved as well. The bloodshed, violence, and suffering taking place there will completely end, insha'Allah. We all are hopeful because we believe in Allah. And because we submit ourselves to Allah, our hearts are at ease. The Torah has promised this to us, the Qur'an has promised this to us, the Messenger of Allah has promised this to us. Our hearts are in the utmost ease. We've seen the portents. We've seen all the portents mentioned in the Torah, we've seen all those that have been pointed out in the Qur'an. We've seen the portents of the End Times referred to in the hadiths of our Prophet (saas). We will never get into artificial incidents and unnecessary fights. Actually at this very moment, we've done something that would annoy the satan very much. We've come together. The children of the Prophet Abraham (pbuh) came together, the children of the Prophet Ishmael and the children of the Prophet Jacob (pbuh) are having a discourse all together. That is how it will be from now on, insha'Allah. Let us keep our hearts at ease, let us put our trust in Allah, let us submit to Allah, let us increase our love for Allah, Allah is on our side. Nothing bad would ever happen, insha'Allah.

My dear Minister, you talk with such eloquence. I am merely showing courage to talk in your presence. Please, you go on.

Mr. YAŞAR YAKIŞ: Now, the relations between Turkey and Israel, if we take the current geography of Turkey into consideration, go back for four thousand years. When the Prophet Abraham (pbuh) has taken B'nai Israel from the Ur city in the lower part of Mesopotamia and departed, the first stop they have had was in Harran.

ADNAN OKTAR: Masha'Allah.

Mr. YAŞAR YAKIŞ: In the Genesis part of the Torah, Harran is mentioned. They have gone to Palestine only after staying in Harran for 20 years. Consequently, the relationship of the people of Israel, the B'nai Israel, and the Turkey of our day goes way back to the time before B'nai Israel has gone to the place now we call Israel, which was called Palestine back then. In this way, we need to take our shared history to four thousand years ago.

ADNAN OKTAR: Masha'Allah, masha'Allah. That is the truth.

Mr. YAŞAR YAKIŞ: That date is the 19th Century BC. For that reason [we are] two nations with such ancient common aspects. Well we've come to Anatolia from Middle Asia but the people who lived in Anatolia back then still constitute the population of Turkey today. Consequently, we have a very ancient common history in that respect. If we have to act in a way befitting this common history, instead of exaggerating incidents, we need to scale them down.

ADNAN OKTAR: Masha'Allah.

Mr. YAŞAR YAKIŞ: And that can be attained by the opportunities that might come up as Prof. Shetreet has said. One of these opportunities is, insha'Allah, what you've said about Syria will be realized as soon as possible but fluctuations will continue as well. During those fluctuations, such situations might come up in Syria that forging an alliance between Israel and Turkey would be advantageous for both of these countries. Grabbing that opportunity well, we might use that alliance as a stepping stone to set the current languising in Turkish-Israeli relations into motion. This was the first point that we've discussed this morning as Prof. Shetreet mentioned. And secondly in the eastern Mediterranean Allah has blessed us and great gas reserves have been discovered.

ADNAN OKTAR: Masha'Allah.

Mr. YAŞAR YAKIŞ: Now, in these gas reserves, there are some in Israel's exclusive economical region, there are some belonging to Jordan, Syria and then to Cyprus, there are some belonging to Egypt. Now let us talk about the parts that are in Israel's exclusive economical region; natural gas will be drilled from out of that region, petrol will be drilled as well but the natural gas reserves are bigger. Israel can drill that natural gas and use it for its own consumption. However, because the reserves are much bigger than its own consumption [needs], they might have an exchange flow to Israel by importing a portion of these reserves. In case Israel decides to import this natural gas, there is more than one alternative. It might import it to Egypt but because Egypt has its own gas reserves, for it to reach a great consumers' market, Europe after Egypt, it should travel far by passing through Libya, through Sardinia, through Sicily and reach Italy. And if you lay pipes for such long distances, because the countries on the way have their own gas reserves, there would be no market for them there. Actually in such times, what is important is to dispatch it to a large market and that is Europe in which  about 40 percent of the world gas and petrol reserves are consumed. In order to dispatch to Europe, one of the ways to follow is to dispatch it to Cyprus and then to Greece. This is one of the ways that could be followed, but that requires laying pipes under the sea for very long distances. The second one is to surface the gas reserves in Israel and then following the path through Jordan, Syria and Turkey. On this route there is a great consumers' market. And the discovery of gas reserves which appeared to be almost a problem between Turkey and Israel can be turned into an advantage. Just like the Syrian crisis being a crisis that none of us ever wished for, that crisis also harbored some advantages and some opportunities; we should concentrate on those opportunities and open a road to set our relations right that can work for Syria and for natural gas reserves as well.

What the Professor mentioned thirdly was the package which was formed because of the Mavi Marmara and some other incidents before that, and instead of making that package even more difficult to solve, we should concentrate on that direction of thinking if we could find a solution. If we could provide that, I believe that we would be receiving the good prayers of both nations. At this moment both in Israel and in Turkey, there are a great number of people who are not happy with the current situation of our relations. By increasing the number of these people, the political balances in Israel is not currently in a way to bring solutions to these problems whether we like it or not. You put forth long termed perspectives and that is the right thing to do, the perspectives in the Torah and the Qur'an are also long termed, but in the short term unfortunately many incidents are enslaved by political development, political parameters. If the efforts put forth by the people in the way to solve these problems are developed, and if they become problems that greater masses of people consider as problems and attempt to find solutions for, these parameters would be influenced as well. I mean they might influence the political balances in domestic politics. We wish to come to that point as soon as possible. And when these problems are on their way to being solved, there will be need for a great number of open and active communication channels. Communication channels just like our being in this hall now with our Israeli friends and just like our having a meeting with them before this, there are other communication channels similar to this. And they will be ready to use, active, working channels when we actually come to that day. This is how we evaluate this effort.

ADNAN OKTAR: We've received a signal from Israel to state that the Mavi Marmara incident will be set right. I mean a signal implying that this incident will come to a good conclusion has been given. I mean this matter will calm down one of these days, it will be corrected one of these days. As for petrol, Israel is very dear to us anyway. We are brothers, we are friends, we can easily solve such matters between us, there will be no such problems. Wealth will come out from every corner anyway. Petrol will drilled from one place, gas will be found in another place, minerals will be found in another way. We will process them, we will establish factories, we will sell them to Europe, people will come here from Europe. Once we fill everywhere with brotherhood and love, the rest is easy. When one has his friend, his beloved one by his side, he would have eyes only for affection. The Prophet Abraham (pbuh) received guests he did not know at all and he had a calf slaughtered and had yoghurt brought as well and laid down a most perfect table for them. The Prophet Abraham (pbuh) did not have any personal interest in that. The Prophet Abraham (pbuh) was generous, he never made fine calculations. He resigned himself to Allah.

Prof. SHIMON SHETREET: That is why he is considered the first man who practiced hospitality to people who were strangers to him. He didn't know that they are angels. He just saw them in when he was sitting next to the tent according to the Bible. And when I was too thin, I was champion of the Bible Contest. So that is why I know and I am still a student of the Bible. So you are absolutely right. Abraham told us to be hospitable, and to love our neighbors even if they are strangers. And if they are not strangers it is even more important that we love them, we help them and we cooperate with them and this goes for all the neighbors as our friend Rabbi Nissim Zeev said. We have to practice love, cooperation and I want to add that the world was better because of dreamers like you that have dreams. Dreams of peace, dreams of cooperation, dreams of a better world, dreams of electricity, dreams of computers. So I think that we ask you to continue to dream and to continuously show us good dreams that we and others have to practice and materialize.

Mr. ADNAN OKTAR: Masha'Allah.

RABBI NISSIM ZEEV: Hurry up. We need you. We need a person like you that he has the power and to make the realization of friendship between Turkey and Israel and is good for all the countries in the Middle East. I really thank you again for the work you do.

Mr. ADNAN OKTAR: Details would suffocate a person. One needs not to dwell on details. The Prophet Abraham (pbuh) did not get into details, he used to solve everything practically. We need to solve everything practically. We love you all. We love Arabs and we love you and we want to be friends. If necessary, we spend lots of money for friendship and for love. The important thing is that there is love. The properties of this world will remain in this world, we do not need the properties of this world. Let there be rejoicing, let there be love, let there a festive air, let there be affection and that would be enough for us. That is what we live for. Loving Allah is important, living for Allah is important, doing things that Allah would be pleased with and feeling the happiness of that is important. If the name of Allah is uttered in enthusiasm let all the wealth we have be spent, it all belongs to Allah anyway. The important thing is to attain this beauty. Look what the Torah says, Zechariah 7:99; "This is what the Lord Almighty said: 'Administer true justice; show mercy and compassion to one another." That is the command of Allah, look, "... show mercy and compassion." "Through love and faithfulness sin is atoned for…" Proverbs 16:6 "Through love and faithfulness sin is atoned for; through the fear of the Lord -through the fear of Allah- evil is avoided". The same is in the Qur'an. "But you must return to your God; maintain love and justice..." Hosea 12:6. So that means the goal is love. Look what Almighty Allah says in Proverbs 3:29-35 ".. Do not say to your neighbor, 'Come back tomorrow and I'll give it to you' when you already have it with you." When you already have something, when you have the means, when you have money, when you have wealth. "Do not say to your neighbor; 'Come back tomorrow and I'll give it to you'". "Do not plot harm against your neighbor, who lives trustfully near you." "Do not plot harm against your neighbor", Allah says this. ".. Do not envy the violent or choose any of their ways." Do not envy the violent or choose their ways ".. For the Lord detests the perverse.." He would certainly make things get in the way ".. but takes the upright into His confidence." Allah says, 'I am on your side, I am on the side of the right ones, you will be the ones victorious.' Then we will be at ease, then our hearts will be at ease. And hence we become victorious. "The one whose walk is blameless, who does what is righteous, who speaks the truth from their heart..." Those who speak sincerely, who speak from the heart, those who speak as it comes to the heart and who tell the truth.. "… whose tongue utters no slander, who does no wrong to a neighbor, and casts no slur on others." There is always love. Look this was from Psalms 15: 2-3. When we abide by the stipulations of the Qur'an, when we abide by the stipulations of the Torah, it is apparent that we will be living very well. Keep your hearts at ease. Both the children of the Prophet Abraham and the children of the Prophet Isaac and the children of the Prophet Ishmael, those are the children of the Prophet Jacob, we are all living very closely, we are together. All these are transient. You will, insha'Allah, see that the Mavi Marmara incident will be solved in the coming days. We've been receiving very good news one after the other, we've received some news one after the other. And other than that, Turkey will act together against Syria as well. We do not want harm for Syria either. We want peace, friendship, democracy, goodness. We want to become prosperous all together and we want to live a beautiful life all together. That is what we want. Let us leave our conversation at this for today, insha'Allah. We will again talk more in details and have a nice talk next time. Insha'Allah.
